Take the working material with you.
The public PBHP library preserves dated explanations, adoption tools, prompt snapshots, retrospective cases, and corrected study context. Verify the hashes and keep every claim attached to its version and current evidence boundary.
Preserved does not mean promoted.
Several files describe PBHP v0.7 or early implementation snapshots. They remain useful source material, but they do not silently supersede the current repository line, repair old counts, establish a license, or create independent validation. Their historical mailbox strings remain unchanged so the published SHA-256 identities still verify; current correspondence goes to projectshadowqa@protonmail.com. The earlier Kahn DOCX reports and interactive viewer are held in recoverable custody rather than offered as current public evidence. Where a dated file and the live site differ, inspect Versions and Evidence before relying on the claim.
Understand the protocol
Plain-language orientation and comparison material from the supplied PBHP v0.7 source set.
Executive summary
What PBHP is, the problem it addresses, four tiers, five gates, core mechanisms, harm threshold, and boundaries.
PBHP_EXECUTIVE_SUMMARY_v0.7.mdComparison matrices
A decision-point comparison with training-time safety, FMEA, ISO-style quality systems, checklists, and CAPA.
COMPARISON_MATRICES_v0.7.mdElevator pitches
Fifteen-, thirty-, and sixty-second explanations plus outreach language. Claims remain bound to this dated source.
ELEVATOR_PITCHES_v0.7.mdStandalone terminology
PBHP-native language for Care, Clarity, Paradox, constraint awareness, principled refusal, and the decision log.
STANDALONE_TERMINOLOGY_v0.7.mdImplement and calibrate
Practical material for teams and model operators moving from reading the protocol to testing it in a bounded workflow.
Implementation playbook
A phased pilot: learn and baseline, run MIN, graduate to CORE, then adopt, adapt, or abandon based on evidence.
90_DAY_PLAYBOOK_v0.7.mdGovernance charter
Versioning, change proposals, organizational tailoring, review cycles, and the five minimum non-negotiables.
GOVERNANCE_CHARTER_v1.0.mdImplementation self-test
Five calibrated scenarios spanning GREEN through BLACK with expected outputs, failure conditions, and a scoring rubric.
PBHP_IMPLEMENTATION_SELF_TEST_v1.0.mdPaste-ready prompts
Two standalone prompt forms for system instructions, custom instructions, or token-limited model contexts.
PBHP_PROMPT_PASTE_VERSIONS.mdPromptBeforeHarm specification
The longer standalone system-prompt snapshot with provenance, action contract, accumulation, drift, tool use, and output rules.
PROMPT_BEFORE_HARM_v0.1.mdInspect evidence and cases
Corrected study context and retrospective applications. They support scrutiny and continued testing—not causal, field-safety, or general validation claims.
Kahn corrected summary
Why the exploratory work remains useful, what it did not establish, and why the earlier reports were withdrawn from direct public download.
PBHP_KAHN_CORRECTED_SUMMARY_2026-08-03.mdKahn preserved trace
A static single-run teaching trace with the missing-custody boundary attached. It is not an interactive or representative study viewer.
PBHP_KAHN_PRESERVED_TRACE_2026-08-03.htmlBing “Sydney” case
A PBHP reading of launch pressure, behavioral boundaries, staged rollout, monitoring, and reversible Doors.
CASE_BING_SYDNEY_2023.mdAir Canada chatbot case
A PBHP reading of stale policy, customer reliance, verification, disclaimer, escalation, and accountability.

The public source library includes 13 SHA-256 entries and a receipt explaining the August 3 boundary and recoverable withdrawals.
A file can preserve what was said. It cannot make the statement current, correct, or validated. Version and evidence travel together.
