PBHP applies wherever a person, institution, or AI-enabled system is about to convert an incomplete model into a consequential action. The questions stay stable; the rigor, evidence, instrumentation, and ownership scale with power and recoverability.

Judgment at human speed

Help a person expose the frame, power difference, first payer, and recovery path before an immediate decision becomes real.

THE TRANSFORMATION

What the pause changes.

PBHP cannot make perception complete or judgment infallible. It changes the path between a model and a consequence.

  1. 01 / BEFORE

    The actor holds a plausible story, an urgent objective, and enough power to make the story consequential.

  2. 02 / PAUSE

    PBHP separates observation from inference, orders affected people least-powerful-first, and tests for a smaller reversible Door.

  3. 03 / GATE

    The worst binding condition governs: proceed, mitigate, constrain and review, delay or refuse, or refuse absolutely.

  4. 04 / AFTER

    The action remains owned, challengeable, interruptible, and reconstructable from a receipt written before commitment.

BOUNDARY CONDITION
PBHP adds friction, visibility, challenge, and recovery. It does not grant authority, certify morality, replace professional responsibility, or turn a clean form into permission.
